Root Cause Corrective Action is designed to teach participants how to analyze problems and determine long-term solutions. Participants review each step in the RCCA process, complete an interactive scenario demonstrating each step of the RCCA process, and discuss requirements for responding to a Nadcap nonconformance report (NCR).
