Use of PRI Content with Artificial Intelligence (AI) Tools

PRI prohibits the entry of PRI Content into any form of standalone Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools, such as ChatGPT, OpenAI, or other generative AI platforms, without express written permission from PRI. Creating derivatives of PRI Content using AI is also prohibited without such permission.

However, PRI recognises that in some scenarios, AI functionality is embedded within standard business software and cannot reasonably be avoided. Examples include:

• AI features integrated into Microsoft products (e.g., Copilot in Word, Excel, Teams, or Outlook)

• AI tools within Adobe Creative Cloud (e.g., Adobe Firefly in Photoshop or Illustrator)

• Search engine AI assistants (e.g., Bing Chat, Google Search Generative Experience)

• AI-powered grammar, formatting, or accessibility tools built into word processors, browsers, or presentation software

In these cases, incidental interaction with AI is permitted, provided the use remains consistent with PRI’s content protection requirements and no deliberate input of PRI Content into an AI system occurs for training, translation, development, or derivative works purposes.

Any breach of these terms may result in suspension of access to PRI Content and potential legal action.
