Process Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (PFMEA) presents PFMEA as part of Advanced Process Quality Planning (APQP) in the aerospace industry. Topics include the concepts of PFMEA, its roles in quality planning and risk management, relationships to other quality tools, and other types of FMEA. Also covered are establishing PFMEA; assessing severity, occurrence, and detection; calculating risk priority; and using and maintaining PFMEA.
