Problem Solving Tools explains why the right tools are critical for effective solutions. The course describes eight tools for collecting, structuring, and using information in detail: flowchart/process map, is/is not analysis, tally chart/location map, Pareto, brainstorming, cause-and-effect diagram, the 5 Whys, and mistake proofing.
