The Science and Application of Plating helps attendees understand the science and application of plating used to modify and enhance surface properties and performance. Topics include plating chemistry and processes, process components and yield, impacts of incorrect processing, diagnosis and correction of processes, process operator performance, pre-treatment and post-treatment, and racking and masking. Also covered are written documentation, cleaning, process-operator observation, rinsing systems and results, and water break tests.
