After an introduction about PRI and TPG audits, the Instructor covers the topics below:
- Preparing for the audit through a description of the planning needed during the six months before the audit, which also details actions that must be taken such as a self-audit and sending advance information to the Auditor.
- Review of the TPG AC7114 & Supplemental Method Checklists to clarify sections of each checklist that have been deemed critical or is subject to noncompliance. This includes the in-process jobs to be witnessed by the Auditor. The Instructor also presents information on frequently found problems as well as explanations of current requirements and means of compliance as determined by the Task Group. This may include examples of typical nonconformance's (NCR) identified during a TPG Audit.
