Statistical Process Control

Statistical Process Control helps organizations apply statistical methods to process monitoring and control. Organizations can better identify variations and implement continuous improvement techniques to increase product quality and reduce waste. The course provides an overview of statistical process control and a math refresher. Topics include terminology, chart types, calculating control limits, special cause variation versus natural variation, actual data issues, specific charts and practices, and process capability analysis.
