Nadcap and Quality for Production explains the various quality functions required by AS/EN/JISQ 9100 and Nadcap related to production personnel. The course provides overviews of aerospace quality, Nadcap, contract review, and outsourcing. Also covered are failure modes and effects analysis (FMEA), internal and Nadcap audit preparation, Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA), and problem-solving tools.

• Explain the different production-related advanced functions required by a high-profile quality environment and relate them to your work environment.  
• Explain the various production-related quality functions to individuals without quality background.  
• Write or rewrite operation internal procedures for the various quality functions and/or processes related to production.
