Introduction to Aerospace Quality covers information relevant to suppliers to the original equipment manufacturers (OEMs). It also covers information for maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO). Topics include an overview of quality in aerospace, roles of regulatory authorities, additional management responsibilities, quality systems, the roles of AS/EN/JISQ 9100 and Nadcap, quality and audit maintenance, metrics and tools, and continual improvement.
