8D Problem Solving covers all aspects of using 8D methodology to contain, solve, and eliminate problems. The course introduces 8D problem solving, including AS13000 requirements and a process and reporting system focusing on product quality. The 8D structure is covered step by step: contain the event, form the team, identify the problem, contain the problem, identify root causes, identify corrective actions, implement actions, take preventive actions, and recognize the team.
