Structure
TPG is an industry-managed program. The TPG Management Council (TPGMC) is structured to enable Senior Quality Leaders and Managers from the transportation and power generation industries to manage the program. The audit and accreditation process is also overseen and managed by industry representatives. For each area audited by TPG, there is a Task Group comprising technical experts from Industry.
TPG Management Council (TPGMC)
- Made up of senior quality leaders from industry
- Oversees the operation of TPG
- Establishes and implements policies and procedures
- Coordinates and develops the Task Groups
- Identifies, develops and deploys improvements
Task Groups (TG)
- Made up of technical experts from industry
- Determine audit requirements
- Develop documents such as checklists and training
- Accept corrective action responses submitted by auditees in response to audit non-conformances (Subscribers only)
- Make the final decision on accreditation (Subscribers only)
