A Titanium Alloy Heat Treatment Owner is the senior technical and managerial authority responsible for ensuring that titanium heat treatment operations are compliant, technically sound, properly controlled, auditable, and capable of consistently producing aerospace-conforming products. This role combines advanced metallurgical knowledge, quality system expertise, process leadership, personnel management, audit readiness, and regulatory compliance oversight. An Owner is expected not only to understand and perform the technical aspects of heat treatment but also to lead, manage, supervise, audit, approve, and continuously improve the entire heat treatment process and organization.
