The Planner is the intermediate competency level between Operator/Technician and Owner in the PRI Qualification Heat Treatment Body of Knowledge for Stainless and Precipitation Hardening (PH) Steels. The Planner is responsible for translating customer, specification, and quality requirements into clear, executable heat treatment work instructions while ensuring compliance with aerospace standards and process controls.
