The Owner Level represents the highest qualification level within the PRI Qualification Body of Knowledge for Heat Treatment of Stainless and Precipitation Hardening (PH) Steels. An Owner is expected to possess extensive technical expertise, broad industry experience, leadership capability, and accountability for the overall effectiveness and compliance of the heat treatment process.
