Owners must understand AS9100 Quality Systems, customer requirements, nonconformance management, and health, safety, and environmental standards (ISO14001, OHSAS18001). The Pyrometry Process Owner (OW) is the highest-level authority responsible for the management, oversight, technical leadership, and compliance of all pyrometry activities at a site. This role carries full accountability for ensuring pyrometric controls—including calibrations, System Accuracy Tests (SAT), Temperature Uniformity Surveys (TUS), sensor management, and data integrity—meet the requirements of AMS2750, AC7102/8, AS9100, and customer specifications.
