An Operator/Technician is responsible for performing plating processes in accordance with customer specifications, work instructions, engineering requirements, and quality standards. The role requires a basic working knowledge of plating processes, equipment, materials, methods, safety requirements, and quality controls, along with sufficient hands-on experience to perform recurring production activities independently and a minimum of 160 hours of hands-on training.
