The Owner Level in the PRI Qualification Chemical Processing Body of Knowledge (BoK) represents the highest competency level for Etch and Etch Inspection processes. An Owner is recognized as a subject matter expert with extensive technical knowledge, broad experience, leadership capability, and responsibility for defining, improving, and governing etch inspection processes. The individual is responsible not only for understanding and performing inspections, but also for establishing procedures, ensuring compliance, mentoring personnel, resolving technical issues, driving process improvements, and maintaining overall process integrity and quality across the operation.
