The Owner Level is the highest competency level within the PRI Qualification Chemical Processing Anodizing program. An Owner is expected to possess extensive technical knowledge, proven industry experience, leadership capability, and the ability to assess, validate, improve, and influence anodizing processes and industry standards. They are recognized specialists who can develop procedures, interpret specifications, manage compliance, and mentor personnel.
