QMS/EMS/OHS Matrix
If you are new to PRI Registrar and this is your initial audit (Stage 1/Stage 2 or Transfer), please download and complete the applicable Matrix below. Once the matrix has been completed, please upload it to your upcoming audit’s Plan tab in RMS at least 45-60 days prior to your audit.
If you are an existing client and this is a surveillance or recertification audit, please review the previous audit’s Matrix and update as needed. Once the matrix has been updated, please upload it to your upcoming audit’s Plan tab in RMS at least 45-60 days prior to your audit.
