What: The Irradiation Panel is a not-for-profit industry association with diverse interests in radiation processing. It meets twice per year. Its membership comprises both suppliers and users of irradiated products and irradiation services, regulatory bodies and consultants. This is a group that has existed for 60 years, and MedAccred just recently became a member. They work to solve industry problems related to radiation and publish guidance documents and white papers.There are 2 working groups: Radiation and Microbiology.
