We respectfully request that companies refrain from any activity that serves a commercial purpose at a Nadcap meeting or other Nadcap-sponsored event, including but not limited to hosting a promotional event (hospitality suites, receptions, site tours, etc.) and distribution of marketing materials. Any company that engages in such activities in conjunction with a Nadcap meeting or Nadcap-sponsored event may be asked to leave the event and any promotional material may be destroyed.
