The Performance Review Institute (PRI) – which administrates the Nadcap® program – has formed a partnership with the Global Aerospace Cluster Partnership (GACP) China Hub, after recently agreeing a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU).
Liu Le, General Manager, PRI, and Gao Yun, Head of the GACP China Hub, signed the MoU at the International Aviation Supply Chain Leadership Summit and GACP China Hub, in Taicang High-tech Industrial Development Zone, China, to collaborate on improving quality in the aerospace chain, in China and Asia-Pacific markets.
Liu Le, PRI, explained: “Joining GACP China Hub will promote the bilateral cooperation at a higher level. The industry cluster network and other advantages unique to GACP China Hub will enable PRI to spread the knowledge on access and accreditation requirements for the international aerospace industry, including Nadcap Accreditation of critical processes, to a wider audience of businesses looking to enter the civil aerospace industry, and share with them the best practices from this global industry.
“PRI and GACP China Hub will work together to support the quality improvement efforts in China’s civil aerospace supply chain by providing comprehensive and diversified services to local enterprises through online or offline summit events, seminars and training activities on a regular basis.”
Gao Yun, Head of the Global Aerospace Cluster Partnership (GACP) China Hub, added: “Partnering with the Aerospace Valley and other European clusters, we are proud to join the Global Aerospace Cluster Partnership (GACP), which is a network of global aerospace clusters established by leading clusters from Europe, Asia, and the Americas.
“The GACP China Hub was established strategically in 2022 to support global aerospace companies’ endeavors in developing the Chinese market.
“With the partnership formed with PRI, the GACP China Hub can definitely better position itself in China to provide a variety of soft-landing services to global aerospace small and medium-sized enterprises, including technical training, certification, market entry/expansion, B2B matchmaking, partner due diligence, and local growth support.”
