An Industry-Managed Accreditation Model
The Nadcap® program operates as an Industry-Managed Program (IMP), a unique model where aerospace, defense, and space OEMs (Subscribers) jointly oversee critical process audits across the global supply chain.
This structure brings together key stakeholders, Subscribers, Suppliers, and PRISM, to establish shared standards, reduce redundant audits, and improve supply chain performance across regions and technologies.
