Patricia (Patti) Opacic serves as Vice President of Business Development for the Performance Review Institute® (PRI℠), based in Warrendale, PA. She brings more than 30 years of executive leadership experience driving strategic growth, market expansion, portfolio development, and customer engagement across highly technical global industries.
Throughout her career, Patti has demonstrated a strong ability to align business strategy, customer needs, innovation, and operational execution to deliver measurable results. Most recently, she served as Head of Adhesives & Sealants, North America at Covestro, where she led strategic growth initiatives for a $200M business spanning the automotive, aerospace, construction, and industrial markets. She has also held several global leadership roles focused on innovation governance, portfolio management, and enterprise growth strategy.
At PRI, Patti leads and strengthens the organization's business development strategy, supports growth initiatives across its portfolio, expands industry engagement, and helps position PRI for continued long-term success in advancing its PRI 2030 strategy. Her experience building strategic partnerships, leading cross-functional global initiatives, and driving customer-focused growth is a tremendous asset to PRI, its stakeholders, and the industries it serves.
Beyond her professional accomplishments, Patti is an active industry leader, having served on the Adhesives and Sealants Council Board and engaging in innovation and leadership initiatives across the manufacturing and technology sectors.
